Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe Gluten-Free.Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I would say normal cookies, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I'm very quite in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!
Plus they just take 15 minutes to create and clock in at around 60 calories each cookie. YES!
This really isn't even a recipe. It's me telling you how to combine two items together for sweet pride that you don't need to feel guilty about.
For reals. No bizarre processed ingredients from a box. Just all natural substances.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (use GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I believe they're a fantastic breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you are. That's unless you're allergic to bananas or yoghurt. Sorry!

Banana and oats bake together to make easy breakfast biscuits that tasty like banana bread!
2 cups gluten free yoghurt
If desired you can add in some of the following:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans
Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats act as the consistency of bread; it is okay if it is not absolutely soil.
In large bowl blended mashed banana oats until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; our website sew a little using a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Cookies will keep in a covered container for a few days, or they can be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 cookies.
